Zusammenfassung:An anomalous, digastric flexor digitorum superficialis in addition to a normal flexor digitorum superficialis to the index finger, is reported. To our knowledge, this is an anatomic variation never described before. The anomalous muscle belly presented as a progressive pseudotumor of the palm and needed exploration to provide the final diagnosis.
