1Further surgery is not only associated with a high morbidity and mortality but may cause a great deal of stress and anxiety for the parents who in this part of the world are reluctant to allow their child to undergo surgery. This is the first successful endoscopic obliteration of a recurrent TEF in a Saudi child using Histoacryle (n-butyl-z-cyanoacrylate) and Polidocanol (aethoxysclerol). |
