Zusammenfassung:	In an in vitro trial on 80 pregnant and nonpregnant mice, the sensitivity of the uterus myometrium to the vasoconstrictors vasopressin, ornipressin, epinephrine, and norepinephrine was examined in comparison with oxytocin as a standardized stimulative drug. The pregnant uterus showed a significantly increased sensitivity to ornipressin, vasopressin, and norepinephrine. Epinephrine showed no uterus-stimulating effect, and an increase of sensitivity caused by pregnancy was not detected.
