Zusammenfassung:Turnip vein-clearing virus (TVCV) is a tobamovirus related to ribgrass mosaic virus. We report the nucleotide (nt) sequences of the 5′-untranslated region ( UTR) and the 3′-half of the TVCV genome (the 3′ region of the 182-kDa protein-encoding gene, as well as the movement protein and coat protein genes and the 3′-UTR). The determination completes the nt sequence of the cDNA of TVCV.
