Zusammenfassung:Seven patients treated by open reduction through a single posterior approach and internal fixation with an AO T-plate for displaced posteromedial fracture of the tibial plateau were reviewed. Followup ranged from 1 to 10 years, and all patients had excellent or good results, and there were no complications caused by the method of treatment.
