Zusammenfassung:	Villous adenomas of the duodenum are rare. In this report the authors describe the case of a 75-year-old woman who had an extensive adenoma involving the second portion of the duodenum and ampulla of Vater. The patient was successfully managed by a pancreaticoduodenectomy. The authors describe the histopathology of the lesion and suggest guidelines for surgical consideration.
