Zusammenfassung:	CT-112 is an octapeptide with the sequence TTSQVRPR. This sequence is found in at least human platelet factor 4 (PF-4). PF-4 is a member of the alpha -chemokine family. The biological activity associate with CT-112 has been explored in two models of inflammation. CT-112 has been found to possess anti-inflammatory properties due to modulation of the biological responses associated with both neutrophils (acute dermal inflammation in response to topical application of arachidonic acid) and T-cells (delayed type hypersensitivity).
