Zusammenfassung:	Two patients with meningeal neoplasms and nearby vascular anomalies are reported. The lesions were excised and histologically confirmed. One patient had a meningotheliomatous meningioma and an arteriovenous malformation involving the right frontal lobe; the other, a hemangiopericytoma and an arteriovenous malformation in the right parietooccipital region.
