Zusammenfassung: | We developed a procedure for preparing epikeratophakia tissue lenses for the correction of myopia from unfrozen tissue using a newly developed artificial anterior chamber and the BKS-1000 (Barraquer-Krumeich-Swinger) refractive set. The results of 23 clinical cases involving tissue that was not frozen or lyophilized demonstrate a correlation coefficient of 0.90 in terms of accuracy of correction and good visual acuity results. |
