Zusammenfassung: | Progressive hypersomnia, memory disturbance, and vertical ophthalmoplegia developed in a 63‐year‐old woman. The diagnosis of Whipple's disease of the central nervous system was suggested by her presentation and results of studies using magnetic resonance imaging.
