Dystrophic calcification in carcinoma of the lung: demonstration by CT

The authors describe two cases of lung carcinoma in which CT revealed a diffuse, stippled pattern of calcification throughout the tumor. They show patterns of calcification on CT that are probably representative of dystrophic calcifications occasionally seen in carcinoma of the lung.
