Zusammenfassung:Summary Peripheral blood T lymphocytes and T cell subsets were examined in 17 subjects with lichen sclerosus et atrophicus using monoclonal antibodies OKT3, OKT4, OKT8 The results were compared with those obtained from 17 healthy age‐and sex‐matched controls. The percentages of OKT3, and OKT8, cells were significantly reduced in patients with LSA, A direct correlation between the degree of activity of the disease and percentages of OKT3+3, OKT4+, cells and the helper suppressor ratio was observed. These data are then discussed.
