Zusammenfassung: | We showed previously that antibody responses to hepatitis B virus (HBV) vaccine were poor in a group of children infected with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The purpose of this study was to evaluate antibody responses to booster doses of HBV vaccine in HIV-infected children who did not have detectable antibody after the HBV vaccination series and to assess the duration of protective immunity in those who developed antibody after the primary vaccination series. |
