Zusammenfassung:This study was undertaken to examine the activity of adrenal 21-hydroxylase in the rat following exposure to TCDD. Since 21-hydroxylase is an adrenal microsomal cytochrome P-450-dependent enzyme, and TCDD has been reported to cause decreases in testicular microsomal cytochrome P-450, the concentration of adrenal microsomal cytochrome P450 was also determined.
