Le présent article décrit un cas d'empyème tuberculeux chronique. La maladie affecte le sujet depuis 30 ans, a la suite d'un traitement par pneumothorax pratiqué en consultation externe. Une fistule broncho-pleurale s'est développée, dont les symptômes se sont aggravés lors d'un voyage aérien.
Se describe un caso de empiema tuberculoso crónico. El paciente presenta esta afección desde hace 30 años, después de un tratamiento por neumotórax en ambulatorio. Se desarrolló una fistula bronco pleural cuyos sintomas se agravaron durante un viaje en avión. |
