Hemodynamic effects of oral propafenone during both sinus rhythm and atrial fibrillation

A study to examine the hemodynamic effects of oral propafenone during both sinus rhythm and atrial fibrillation (AF) indicates that, in patients with paroxysmal AF without heart failure, oral propafenone induces slight hemodynamic changes during sinus rhythm.
