Zusammenfassung:Posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) reconstruction using a double-bundle technique has been described. However, reconstruction with a cryopreserved anterior tibialis tendon allograft and bioabsorbable fixation has not been described. The purpose of this article is to present this surgical technique with discussion and rationale for its indication and use in patients with PCL-deficient knees.
