Zusammenfassung: | Procera Sandvik AB has developed an industrial procedure to fabricate individual ceramic shells of densely sintered, high-purity alumina with a thickness of 0.25 mm. The shell is designed as a core for a ceramic laminate and manufactured in the same way as a Procera AllCeram core. Porcelain is baked on the shell and fired without a refractory model. Experiences with these laminates suggest that they are simple to use by both dental technicians and dentists and provide possibilities for excellent aesthetics. This clinical report illustrates the use of Procera AllCeram laminates for 2 patient treatments. 5 refs. |
