Zusammenfassung:	Work on the geography of health has been undertaken in association with the Centro de Investigaciones Ecologicas del Sureste, Chiapas State, Mexico. An example is given from a study of relationships between housing and Chagas' disease in the village of Agua Azul in Chiapas. Prospects for future work in medical geography might involve further studies of Chagas' disease and onchocerciasis, and of the health of refugees and of populations involved in the exploitation of petroleum reserves.
