An economic water-jacketed vacuum-enforced mini-column system for quick separation of double and single stranded DNA

A jacketed column system that can be applied in separation of double and single stranded DNA by hydroxylapatite chromagtography is described. The construction of the column allows high flow rates and a short manipulation time. The system is simple, inexpensive, and easy to construct.
