Zusammenfassung:A 39‐year‐old man had monocytoid lymphoma including a large retroperitoneal mass, retrocrural and porta hepatic adenopathy with localized pain, but no B symptoms. The tumor did not respond clinically or radiographically to CHOP or mini‐ICE chemotherapy but has responded dramatically to radiotherapy. The patient's disease remains controlled 3 years after treatment. This case documents radioresponsiveness in a chemotherapy‐refractory monocytoid lymphoma. © 1994 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
