1 Rheumatoid-associated coronary arteritis rarely causes clinically evident myocardial infarction. We describe findings in a patient with rapidly progressive rheumatoid arthritis who had acute myocardial infarction from severe, generalized rheumatoid-associated coronary arteritis. |
