Exercise-Augmented Dipyridamole Thallium Scintigraphy in the Diagnosis of Coronary Artery Disease

The authors report a case in which exercise-augmented dipyridamole thallium scintigraphy demonstrated a perfusion defect, confirmed by coronary angiography, which was not shown by a previous satisfactory maximal exercise thallium study.
