Influence of tryptophan on the content of regulatory neuropeptides and cyclic nucleotides in the brain and blood

The purpose of this study was an investigation of the influence of serotoninergic regulatory mechanisms of the CNS when they are activated pharmacologically on the level of neuropeptides and cyclic nucleotides in brain tissue and in the blood of healthy animals.
