Zusammenfassung:	A male infant is reported in whom substantial gynecomastia resolved following removal of a giant pigmented nevus. Endocrinological studies were normal. It is postulated that the nevus contributed to the development of gynecomastia. Surgeons should be aware of a possible relationship between these two seemingly unrelated conditions when making evaluation and management decisions.
