Zusammenfassung:The use of the Tc-99m iminodiacetic acid (IDA) derivatives has significantly enhanced the role of nuclearmedicine in the evaluation of biliary disorders (1-3).Now that Tc-99m DISIDA is commercially available, biliary scintigraphy is increasingly popular. In order to simplify interpretation in the majority of cases, an interpretative scheme and flow sheet for diagnosis of non-postoperative biliary disorders and examples are presented.
