Removal of Fractured Pacemaker Electrode Tip Using Dotter Basket

During attempted removal of an infected permanent pacemaker syslem, the electrode fractured. leaving the tined tip embedded in the wall of the left subclavian vein. The eleclrode tip was successfully removed using a Dotter basket retrieval kit.
