Zusammenfassung: | Involving nursing, physical therapist, and occupational therapist students in a hands-on, interdisciplinary learning experience at the start of their educations achieved the secondary objective of emphasizing the value our programs place on teamwork in patient care. Faculty members from the physical therapy or nursing programs developed five experiential skill stations and served as team facilitators for each area. Since the module's objectives emphasized experiential learning as a team, the faculty role was defined as consultative, rather than instructional. |
