Zusammenfassung:Pedagogical literacy is needed to help teachers create new partnerships with students to transform classrooms in ways that shift the emphasis of nursing classrooms from being teacher centered to being community centered. The traditional view is that new people learn from experienced people, but how do experienced teachers keep their practice fresh, connected, and continually informed by their experiences with students? * How does going back to school help teachers view, from the students' perspective, the skills and practices of teaching that make a difference to student learning? * How can student experiences and insights be valued and safely revealed so experienced teachers may be reminded to continue to enhance and extend their teaching expertise?
