An Adolescent with a Polymorphous Rash

A case study of a 17-year-old male presented with a rash confined to his lower extremities is featured. Based on the physical findings, the patient was diagnosed with Henoch-Schoenlein purpura. Both the purpuric lesions to the lower extremities and the presence of hematuria were diagnostic.
