Zusammenfassung:The presence of lipids in the secretory/excretory product obtained from Toxocara canis has been demonstrated. The fatty acids found were mostly saturated, such as myristic (14:0), palmitic (16:0) and stearic (18:0). In addition, important quantities of oleic and linoleic acids (18:1 and 18:2) and cholesterol were detected. Three more fatty acids appearing in low percentages are still to be identified.
