Zusammenfassung:	A successful pregnancy in a patient with premature ovarian failure is described. Increased serum gonadotropin titers, decreased serum estrogen levels, and lack of ovarian follicles on histologic examination confirmed the state of ovarian failure. The patient conceived after several courses of cyclical treatment with estrogen-progestin. A possible relationship between the estrogen treatment and subsequent pregnancy is discussed.
