Factors affecting electrospray ionization of effluents containing trifluoroacetic acid for high-performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry

A study optimized the performance of an electrospray ion source on a TSQ mass spectrometer in order to obtain high sensitivity and signal stability for the ionization of liquid chromatography effluents with mobile phases containing aqueous .1% TFA.
