Rapid communication: a MspI polymorphism at the porcine Interleukin-6 (IL-6) locus

A partial porcine Interleukin-6 cDNA sequence of 627 bp was isolated by EcoRI and HinfI digestion of a pGEM3Z clone. The method of detection is described.
