As the American Nurses Credentialing Center reminds us, great leaders, structures, and nurses lead to great knowledge, innovation, and outcomes. One organization experienced the wisdom in this model through restructuring the systemwide staff nurse councils. The authors describe the steps by which this restructuring was accomplished and some of the positive effects on the work environment. |
