Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:	Ischemic hepatitis may occur following an episode of prolonged hypotension, with resultant hepatocellular necrosis. Markedly elevated liver enzymes were noted in a patient following an episode of hypotension due to ventricular arrhythmia. Liver CT scan and ultrasound were normal. A bone scan performed 5 days later for the investigation of back pain demonstrates striking homogeneous uptake of Tc-99m MDP in the liver.
