“Butterfly” Pattern of Uptake in Posterior Brain Scan in Diffuse Histiocytic Lymphoma

Brain scan butterfly pattern of uptake near the midline in the anterior, posterior or vertex view may suggest involvement of a midline structure such as corpus callosum. A case with such involvement is shown.
