Zusammenfassung:The use of an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) has been accepted as standard therapy in patients resuscitated from sudden cardiac arrest and with symptomatic recurrent ventricular arrhythmias refractory to conventional antiarrhythmic agents.
