Infantile Myofibromatosis: An Unusual Presentation and a Review of the Literature

Abstract An infant with an unusual presentation of Infantile Myofibromatosis (IM) is presented. Massive involvement of the pelvic region complicated the delivery and precluded meaningful therapy. The literature is reviewed.
