Zusammenfassung:We report on a patient originally diagnosed as having monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) who progressed to develop Waldenstrom's macroglobulinaemia (WM) after 3 years. Four years later he developed chronic myelomonocytic Ieukaemia (CMMoL) which terminated in acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) after another year. We also review published reports of similar cases.
