Zusammenfassung:The authors describe the structure of the O-specific polysaccharide of P. fluorescence biovar A strain. The polysaccharide was obtained by mild acid degradation of the lipopolysaccharides, which was isolated from bacterial cells by the phenol-water procedure. The NMR spectrum of the polysaccharide contained signals for three anomeric carbons.
