Zusammenfassung: | This paper focuses on methods for assessing the territorial impact (economic, social and environmental) of collective initiatives that market food products with an environmental friendly or origin claim. The exercise is tricky. A clear reference point has to be defined and a relevant set of indicators selected. We highlight that this question has led to an active and rich research corpus, which mainly deals with origin and organic products. Objective methods are distinguished from subjective methods and the results of a recent survey of the subjective type on two Swiss case studies are presented. Adapted from the source document. |
