Zusammenfassung:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the ability of immediate postpartum curettage to accelerate maternal recovery from severe preeclampsia. METHODS:Thirty-two parturients with severe preeclampsia were randomly assigned to either undergo ultrasounddirected curettage following delivery or to have no curettage.
