Zusammenfassung:	We described a forty-four-year-old female who was scratched by her cat, and developed lymphadenopathy. Cat scratch disease skin-test was positive. Cat scratch disease is well known, but there are not many reports in Japan. Reports of cat scratch disease will increase as the pathogen was recently detected. Attention must be drawn to zoonosis containning cat scratch disease.
