Zusammenfassung: | Pitutary apoplexy is a syndrome caused by hemorrhage into a preexisting pituitary tumor (1,2). P The manifestations of pituitary apoplexy range from visual changes to headache, ophthalmoplegia, endocrine failure, and/or decreasing level of consciousness.
