Colo-tubo-ovarian Fistula as Complication of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Colo-tubular fistula is a rare complication of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). This paper reports a case of PID for which the patient's refusal of early surgical treatment led to development of that rare complication, combined with a cutaneo-tubo-ovarian fistula.
