We report the successful management of a pregnant patient with the syndrome, whose child was delivered by elective cesarean section conducted under continuous epidural anesthesia.
Case Report
A 19-year-old woman 157 cm tall and weighing 59 kg was referred to us at 22 weeks' gestation.
