Case Report A 19-year-old woman 157 cm tall and weighing 59 kg was referred to us at 22 weeks' gestation. Catheterization performed when the patient was 10 months old had demonstrated the atrial-septal defect, agenesis of the right pulmonary artery, and pulmonary hypertension.
