Zusammenfassung:	1. The affinity of binding of quinuclidinyl benzilate to muscarinic cholinergic receptors is altered non-linearly by changes in assay temperature and membrane composition. 2. Membrane composition was changed by acclimation of frogs ( Rana pipiens pipiens) to different temperatures. 3. Assay temperature probably has its effect through altered membrane fluidity.
