Zusammenfassung: | The most interesting aspect of the pathology of dermoid cysts of the floor of the mouth is their mode of development. The patient presented in this paper particularly demonstrated two of the generally accepted aspects of their natural history, their slow growth and the possibility of spread through the mylohyoid muscle. Reference is made to the possible mechanisms for their inception, the merits of classification and appropriate surgical techniques. |
