Vasospasm — Ubiquitous?

IN this issue of the Journal , Miller et al. report on a remarkable correlation of migraine headaches, Raynaud's phenomenon, and variant angina, and they imply that vasospasm occurs in three different vascular beds in patients with these disorders. The title of their paper is appropriately posed as a question, for vasospasm is not a proved component of each condition.
